Ever felt a bit lost, a nameless face in the back of a huge class? We get it. Kind Pilates & Yoga was born from that exact feeling. As Ashby's first dedicated pilates and yoga studio, we wanted to create a place that feels different — that's why you'll only ever find a maximum of 8 people in our classes. It means we actually get to know you, support your journey, and offer the personal guidance that makes all the difference.
